This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage daita uses on its website and chat widget. We keep this minimal: we use storage to make the service work, not to track you across the web.

1. What we use

• Strictly necessary — short-lived storage that makes core features work, e.g. a security token during a Shopify connection and your session while you use the chat agent.
• Functional — browser storage (sessionStorage / localStorage) that remembers your chat conversation as you navigate, your language and your light/dark preference. This stays on your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. If we add optional analytics in future, we will list them here and ask for consent where required.

2. Third parties

The chat agent and connected channels rely on the providers listed in our Trust Center. When you enable optional features (e.g. native real-time voice), the relevant provider may set its own storage to deliver that feature.

3. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may break parts of the service. In the chat widget you can also delete your conversation at any time.
