Is there a free trial, and is the WordPress plugin free?
Yes to both. Creating and testing your agent in the sandbox is free (no card). To go live you start a 14-day free trial on a paid plan: your card is stored securely but not charged during the trial; it then renews monthly and you can cancel anytime. The WordPress plugin is free and open source.
How fast can we go live?

Where is my data hosted?
EU data residency by default — your data is stored and searched in the European Union. Dedicated EU deployment and on-prem options can be scoped on Sovereign (custom). Some AI processing currently runs via vetted subprocessors outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards (DPF/SCCs); anything that can leave the EU (e.g. opt-in live voice) is clearly flagged and your choice.
Can I change plans?
